Product Details
Medium sized tubers produce stems up to 90 cms high or thereabouts. These stems carry both leaves and flowers, the leaves tending to unfurl as the flower is borne. Foliage is in the form of a radiating palm-like shape with numerous leaflets, the whole reaching around 25 cms wide or so with broad leaflets. The flowers are obviously the main attraction although the foliage lasts for several months and the seed pods are a highly attractive bright red. Flowers are mainly dark-brown with white striping and held vertically, lasting for several weeks. occasionally green and white striped forms will come from these seed raised plants.
