How do I save my 'Basket' or 'Cart'?

This is available to registered customers only. Place the plants into your Cart as normal. When you have them all in click on 'View Basket' at the top of the page. Confirm your address by clicking on the 'continue' button. That's it, your basket is saved until you login the next time you're on our website. Retrieve it by clicking on 'Saved Shopping Carts'.

How do I place an order through the web site?

Simply click the link at the bottom of each plant which says "add to basket". After adding each plant click on the "view" link at the top right of each page. Review your full order and then click on the "checkout" link and follow the instructions on screen.

How do I make an enquiry about a plant or plants?

Simply click on the "Contact Us" link to the left and use the enquiry form there. You may ask your question there. Alternatively there is an email link at the foot of every page.

How do I ask you to bring plants to a flower show for me?

Make your order in the usual way but send it to us as an enquiry. This link can be found in the "Contact Us" link to the left.

Is your website fully secure?

We do not see or process your credit card details ourselves, your order is processed by us but your payment is automatically handled by either one of two specialist companies called PayPal or SagePay. Your credit card details are fully secure. Telephone orders require card details which will be used but not stored at any time.
 The website is fully PCI DSS compliant and has an 'A' rating for security. Even anti hacking software is built into the site.

How do I add plants to an order after I have submitted the order?

Simply send an email including your telephone number and we will contact you. We will obviously require more payment and the easiest way to do this is via PayPal, we'll advise you at the time.

Do you de-pot your plants before posting?

Most of our plants will be dispatched in their pots with a very few exceptions. These currently are Arisaema, Lilium, Roscoea and Nomocharis, plus one or two others. These are best sent as bare tubers or rhizomes which establish much better when planted.
You can check postage cost by clicking on 'view basket' and then 'calculate postage'.

What is your minimum order value?

You may order as little as one plant if you wish but please bear in mind that the cost of postage by Royal Mail is getting higher. Orders of two or more plants will likely be dispatched using Parcelforce. 
I haven't received my plants within 14 days.
We do try to dispatch as soon as we can and most of the time customers will receive their plants within 7 days. However, during busy periods in the spring and autumn, there will be a delay. Rest assured, we will have your order here and will dispatch as soon as we can.

Do you ship outside of the UK mainland?
No, unfortunately because of Brexit, we can no longer ship outside of the UK mainland. Please don't attempt to order if you do not live in the UK mainland. The order will be cancelled and a refund minus payment processing fee will be made.
