A highly attractive evergreen perennial with kidney shaped deep green leaves having three lobes. these are borne usually after the flowers which rise first in early spring, usually around mid march. This particular selection has a fine gold shading to the very edge of the leaf hence the name.
The flowers are a little variable on this selection as they are originally seed raised. In time we'll be able to offer colour forms. Colour at the moment can range from white through pink to rich blue, all are the typical ranunculaceae cup shape.
