A worthy addition to the woodland garden or shady area where the white flowers will lighten up the area for weeks. Little information is available for this species and so the description is of our plants exactly as we have them. Foliage is deep green and deeply serrated but with quite broad lobes like A. obtusiloba although the whole plant is larger. Flower stems rise in early summer each with several flowers. Colour is white but a bluish hue may be seen on the lower surface.
