Shipping and Packing Charges

UK Mainland Customers

Postage is calculated by order value with a maximum of £8.20 for UK orders, we're currently in negotiations with a courier and may be able to reduce this shortly. Smaller orders of 1 or 2 plants may be sent by Royal Mail First Class if we feel it may be cheaper. In this case a refund of excess postage may be made to your card.

Postage will be charged at cost. Any excess postage will be refunded back to your card at dispatch time.

European Customers

Economy Service:-

Excess compost will be removed to reduce weight unless otherwise instructed. Shipping costs will however be substantially more if excess compost is left around the roots, occasionally up to twice the cost. After placing your order, please email us to advise only if you would prefer the compost leaving on. There will be an extra charge for this.

Shipping is automatically calculated on weight. As you add plants to the basket the shipping cost will increase. To see the shipping cost simply click on the 'Estimate Shipping Cost' button when you 'View Cart'. Minimum cost is £10.

Premium Tracked Service:-

Excess compost will be removed to reduce weight unless instructed not to do so, shipping costs will be much more expensive if not removed and we will have to contact you for more funds. Shipping is automatically calculated by weight. As you add plants to the cart the shipping cost will increase. To see the shipping costs simply 'View Basket' at the top right of the page, click on 'Estimate Shipping Charges' select your country and fill in your postcode and click on 'submit'.

This is a service offered by UPS - an exceptional courier which aim to get parcels from us to most European countries within 3 days. The parcel is collected by UPS and delivered by UPS - no third party courier is used. A little more time is required for further away countries such as southern Italy. You'll receive a booking confirmation from UPS via email at the time we book in the collection, this email will contain your tracking code - just click on it regularly for up to date information on your parcel. This service is often better for larger orders around £300 or more.
