This is a new hybrid which looks like it's a scabra but with really pink flowers. No that picture is not altered in any way - it really is that pink!
This hybrid will grow in any good garden soil which is on the acid side and providing it does not dry out. Foliage is heart shaped and deep green. Flowers are borne in late summer and held on very short stems allowing them to be held pointing upwards. A very attractive colour break in the genus.
