A new hybrid with us. Large broadly lanceolate leaves are pale green and slightly pleated, fine hairs are also present. They can reach up to 60 cms high we are told but have not witnessed this ourselves. Flowers are golden-yellow, a colour from segawai, occasionally stronger yellowish in the lower lip or pouch. The upper petals are approximately the same as the lower pouch in colour. A moist but well drained soil in light shade will do fine for this ground orchid. Best not to use peat or similar products when planting.
