A fabulous low growing evergreen shrub which is ideal for tubs, troughs and containers. Small leathery deep green leaves on wiry stems persist in even the hardest of winters. Flowers are borne early in the season and are held at the leaf axils. Colour is rich electric blue throughout and they last for ages! Young plants which are very slow growing.
