A reliable evergreen dwarf Penstemon. The foliage on this species is greyish-green and slightly serrated, rounded and around 1 cm long. These are held on quite rigid stems to a height of approximately 20 cms. Flowers are tubular and a little flared, up to 3 cms long, colour is pale lilc-purple. Nevada and Oregon.
