Bright green lanceolate foliage is evergreen in all but the hardest of winters. Each leaf is around 12cms long with prominent veining and held on short trailing stems. Flowers are small but numerous and star shaped, borne in early spring just above the new foliage. Colour is a bright vibrant blue. Good for ground cover where it will make neat mounds under shrubs etc.
