A choice genus in the whole and this is one of the easiest species to grow. Wiry stems rise to around 18 inches and hold deep green glossy leaves randomly up the stem. Flowers are wide open faced, almost flat and soft pink in colour, occasionally with darker reddish spotting towards the centre. Up to 3-5 flowers are usually borne which open in succesion, lasting for around one week each.
