A fine  shrub collected in Vietnam by Crug Farm from Fan Si Pan at around 2200 metres. Evergreen stems hold the white to red flowers which are followed by pale violet fruits in late summer. A bit lax as young plants, making dense shrubs when older. Light to deep shade suits best.
