This is an evergreen shrublet reaching just maybe 15 cms or so in height but up to 45 cms wide in time. Spreading by short stolons it isn't invasive but makes dense hummocks of silky-hairy leaves of a slightly silvery colour. Flowers are a pale sky-blue and held in the summer months on the stem tips.
