Foliage is compound and composed of a central stem with numerous small leaflets along its length. The whole leaf is a greenish throughout, even when grown in full sun. Colour turns brighter green when grown in part shade. The plant is good for weed suppression as the foliage makes dense mats of growth, it is however, not invasive and far less vigorous than say Leptinella Platts Black. Flowers are a creamy yellow colour and borne on short stalks above the foliage. Each flowerhead is made up of many smaller flowers, making a button-like head. New Zealand.
