Fabulous variegated form of the species with rounded leaves emerging pink but expanding to a greyish colour with variable creamy-white splashed variegation These are held individually on wiry petioles which emerge directly from the rhizome laying just beneath the soil surface. Spread of the plant is indefinite although it is not a fast grower. Flowers are borne shortly after leaf emergence, these are lavender-purple in colour and held upright like wide cups, maybe up to 3 cms wide when fully open.
