A small neat and tidy Iris with graceful arching lance shaped foliage. Leaf colour is pale green and these rise from ground-level rhizomes in early spring to around 15 cms high. Flowers are held on wiry but rigid stems in early June, each is around 7 cms wide. Colour is lilac-blue with white central stripe and golden markings to the centre of each petal. Up to 3 flowers may be held on each flower stem
