An new Edraianthus to us in 2018 and an exceptional alpine plant with grass-like green leaves around 3 cm long spread along very much prostrate stems which radiate from a central stock. Flowers are around 2 cms wide and are purple-blue in colour, open mouthed and point outwards or upwards. These are borne in small clusters at the stem tips.
