A super Dianthus for the rock garden or trough with slender grey-green foliage being linear and borne on stems in an opposite formation up the stem. Flowers are held on sturdy stems and reach up to 7 cms high or so. Each stem carries just one flower but many are produced. Colour is rich cerise-pink. Flowers are slightly smaller than usual but are much greater in number - almost obscuring the foliage when in full flower.
