Foliage is mid green in colour and lance shaped, forming tight rosettes to around 5 cms wide. From these rosettes rise very short flower stems to around 2 cms cms or so, each carries a single daisy-like flower - pale bluish-pink in colour with a disc of golden yellow in the centre. The ray florets are very numerous and narrow adding to the interest.
