This is a new introduction over the last few years and worthy of a place in our gardens. It's a mound forming perennial which has downy, honey-scented deep green foliage. Flowers are 'Snapdragon' or maybe a little orchid-like in appearance and are clustered near the stem tips, white with a pink-red lip and very attractive to butterflies. Flowers appear in late spring and early summer. Grows well in any reasonably moist soil. Suitable for near the front of a perennial border or in a well lit wooded area or path or even in containers.
