A lovely new hybrid from Japan which has a similar stature to Epimedium grandiflorum. Relatively small but numerous leaves held on typical wiry stems are deciduous. New growth starts in the spring with the flowers rising first to a height of around 25 cms or so. These are relatively large and rich red throughout followed later by the fresh new growth.
