A lovely new species from Japan which has a similar stature to the species. Relatively small but numerous leaves held on typical wiry stems are present most of the year and only drop fully if the weather is extremely cold. New growth starts in the spring with the flowers rising first to a height of around 25 cms or so, followed later by the fresh new growth. Easy and not over vigorous.
