A low growing herbaceous perennial which grows well in most moist but well drained soils in full sun. Leaves are greenish-grey and deeply divided, making mounds of growth to 10 cms high or so in good conditions. Flowers are single, palest pink and daisy-like in appearance, borne singly per stem but numerous stems are held on each plant. We find this plant very similar to Callianthemum anemonoides.
