Almost evergreen perennial with broad slightly haired foliage making low tufts of growth. Softly hairy stems rise to around 30 cms or so and hold rich golden-yellow pouch-like flowers in buches throughout mid to late summer.
Easy to grow in a lightly shaded border or rock garden where it won't get wet in winter.
