A fabulous member of Scrophulariaceae from Wyoming and Utah down to new Mexico where it grows in tundra-like habitats. Long greyish foliage and bottlebrush-like flowers with each flower being a rich purple and the whole stem reaching around 15 cms.
Easy to grow and rewarding when in full flower.
