An attractive evergreen perennial which excels in deep shade. Rich apple green glossy foliage rather like Cyclamen but has occasional fine hairs to the upper surface, being resistant to all weathers. The flowers are strange in appearance like open mouthed bells which lay on their side at ground level. Colour is rich purple-green.
