Anemone flaccida Ginpai

A rarely offered double flowered (double the normal petal number) form of Anemone from Japan. Leaves are a pale green and borne first in the spring being quite deeply lobed.  These rise from slender rhizomes rather like our native wood anemone and in the right conditions will spread well making a wide patch in little time just like our own.

  Flowers are a lovely clean white and each stem bears two, the common name in Japan is "two flower"!
