Primula Dark Rosaleen

Product Details

An older established variety with deep green foliage with an attractive strong red-bronze cast and prominent veining. The leaves are generally kept throughout the winter months, however in harder winters they may be lost. Flowers are deepest-red, borne on wiry stems in the earlier months of the year. Will tolerate full sun if the soil is not too dry. Foliage is the same colour as 'Guinevere' but with flowers like 'Garryade Crimson'. From Anita and Andrew Thorpe.
