A newly offered and nice addition to the woodland garden or lightly shaded area where the white flowers will lighten up the area for weeks. Foliage is deep green and deeply serrated with a slightly rough texture. Flower stems rise in early summer each with several flowers. Colour is white with a central boss of yellow stamens, most strikingly, the back of some of the petals has a light bluish/purple shading. Not a full double flower but it does have double the normal petal number. We find this a stronger growing plant than A. Wild Swan and similar to Dreaming Swan.
